Disclaimer

This website describes my registration as an Investment Adviser, as required by SEBI, and how I work. Nothing on it is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Advice is given only to clients, after an agreement is signed and their risk profile is completed and confirmed.

Investment in securities market are subject to market risks. Read all the related documents carefully before investing.

Registration granted by SEBI, enlistment of IA with Exchange and certification from NISM in no way guarantee performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.

I do not offer assured or guaranteed returns. I never ask for your trading, demat or bank login details or passwords, and I never handle your money: all investments are made by you, in your own accounts.

Fees are paid only through banking channels (bank transfer, UPI or auto-debit), never in cash, and only against a signed agreement.

As part of a whole-family plan I may discuss assets that are not regulated by SEBI, such as property, physical gold, insurance and investments held abroad. Advice on these is not covered by SEBI regulation, and SEBI's investor-protection mechanisms, including SCORES, may not be available for them.

Privacy

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. If you register your interest, the form sends me your name, email and WhatsApp number, and keeps a copy on this website's server. I use them only to get in touch with you about my advisory service, never share or sell them, and delete them on request. If you write to me, I use your details only to reply, and I keep records as SEBI requires. Client information is kept confidential and shared only where the law requires or with the client's specific consent.
